Windmill Island Garden, Holland, Michigan

Yawn…is it morning already? It is?! Oh well, time for breakfast!

We had breakfast in the hotel. It was nice. There was milk, pancakes, bacon, egg, yogurt, and more.
Anyway, we went to Windmill Island Garden at Holland, Michigan on the second day of the trip (First day trip is here). I didn’t like it because I have absolutely no interest in flowers and windmills. But I feel like dad liked it because he took a lot of pictures with his camera.

My family. (I finally found a picture with dad inside. He’s handsome, don’t you think?)
Beautiful pink tulips

Beautiful yellow-orange tulips

There was a tour inside the windmill. This picture shows the tour guide Lilian. She was explaining how the first floor of the windmill does.

Second floor

Third floor

...and fourth floor.

Even though Lilian told us a lot about the windmill, I still don’t get it. It is super complicated. That’s why I think the tour was boring. Two more minutes inside, I’m going to die from Thetouriswaytooboringphobia.
Nah, I was just kidding.

Besides the windmill and flowers, there are also some souvenir shops.

All the house-looking-buildings are souvenir shops.

The inside of the shops.

My mom adores this kind of thing. I really don’t know why.

So that’s all the things in Windmill Island Garden. We went back to the hotel a couple hours later. After mom and dad rested for a while, they took us swimming in the pool. Since they didn’t have a swimsuit, they sat in the chairs watching us kids.
I haven’t swam in months, so I enjoyed the time very much.

My sisters and I, in the very pool. (Did I tell you that the water was cold? Brrrrrr….)

Sadly, that was practically the end of the day and the trip. (crying), we headed home the next day after some clothes shopping in Rivertown Crossing Mall, Grandville.

Still, I wish I can go back in time and make this trip start all over again.(Everything except for the windmill tour).

Anyway, bye!
